San Joe`s To Go in Albany

Do not I repeat DO NOT give your money to this place. The service is shoddy. I’ve given this place multiple chances but tonight was the last straw. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not worth the headache.Where do I start? I’ve experienced waits here anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. Yes 90! For a few tacos. Tonight was the second time in a row that I tried to place a to go order over the phone. I left my house and made it to the restaurant, 12 minutes later and they still haven’t paid attention to my phone call. I showed the “manager” that I was still on hold 12 minutes later and her response was that she’s “sorry it happened, we’re short staffed.” Mind you the same exact thing happened last week. Then she proceeds to tell me I still have to pay for my food, and she won’t even give me a DRINK for free! I am done with this establishment, and you should be as well. The customer comes first.

Nasty bug in rice bed of Williams special, confronted owner, he argues it was from outdoor diner, I didnt ask for refund or replacement but wanted to point out the poor food quality & customer service

I have stopped here 3 separate times and never got to order. I hear good reviews about the food but haven't tasted it because I've waited in line each time for 20-35 minutes. People would get out their cars and stand by the window and it didn't understand what to do. It should be a more efficient way to order with more organization

I'm really being generous with the 3 star rating. Pretty basic and inauthentic taste, in my opinion. Nice atmosphere tho.

I would have given it more but every single time I go and I mean every time they mess my order up!!! I am tired of wasting my money on things I did not order! And it is not a language thing I speak both!! Never buying there again.

Love this restaurant. They're open late. They just take forever with the food. BUT I won't complain because it's always fresh. Fairly priced and food tastes great.

Lawd This place is Good! Stopped bc I saw a line and thought ok I'll try it. Great tacos! Then I went back the next day for a chimichanga and that delicious cheese dip. I might go tomorrow.... Wouldn't be soon enough.

Probably a good place to eat but no vegan options. I could eat here if there was some tofu or tempeh

This was at their new restaurant. I ordered the William’s Special without rice but extra vegetables. I might have received a spoonful of extra vegetables and was charged 1.25 extra for my meal. They thought this was acceptable? Be careful if you make any changes, they will probably charge extra.

Almost street tacos. Joes has been in this location for a long time. It is a no nonsense food service that serves up good Mexican fares at a decent price. Food is made to order so it may take a few minutes to be ready. Outside sitting only but there are several tables with umbrellas. I've been there many times and am always satisfied with the service and food quality.

Good late night spot to get wings and burritos! Don’t mind waiting 10 minutes or so for hot fresh food

Not "authentic" mexican food but it is good. First time I ate here, the asada in my burrito was insanely good and then another time, it was not AS good and I waited an hour for my order. Not complaining, just a heads up. I think they tend to do better when it's less busy. Overall, good place to go.

Joe’s is a hit or miss type spot. Some nights yours wings may be over cooked and dry, the next under cooked and pink. I’ve literallt received both but I can’t say I’ve had good wings from them at all. I’ve had RAW wings from them before. The one thing I can count on is a taco salad. It’s always good but if you want a hot shell, you might want to request it or else it’s going to be cold. Oh, and TACOS !! Yummy!! But I’ve NEVER gotten a bag of chips that were completely fresh. They always have stale chips somewhere in the bag. I mean, you might get it and it’s good or you might get it and be upset. Your choice really lol

First time visit during lunch - had the burrito especial with shredded chicken. It was large! If you're willing to wait just a few more minutes, try this instead of Chipotle! Came with chips and salsa. Lovely. Filling. Friendly staff.

So, placed a waitr order and it was delivered all kinds of wrong. Not only did they fix it, they re-delivered it in less than 20 minutes; apologetic and sincere! They're now a favorite for lunch.

Quick service, food was good. Ordered enchiladas with salsa Verde. Enchiladas had good flavor and spice, beans and rice were blah.

I cannot rave enough about this place. SO GOOD! I love the Williams Special - Texas Style with Chorizo Added. The sauce they use in it is intoxicatingly delicious. This is my go-to every time I'm in the area, especially late at night because they are open until 4! Crazy! Oh, and their Horchata is MASSIVE. I'm drooling just thinking about it!

This place is my all time favorite! You can NEVER go wrong eating here. My go to place. I always eat the same thing, which is steak nachos. But I recently started trying new things and its always the best! I LOVE YOU SAN JOES!

Food was fire, kinda expensive but it didn't take too long for the food to come out and it was hot and really tasty. Could've had more chips in the bag but overall good first impression.

Very delicious and filling. The price was great for the food. I did not call ahead and order and i still did not have a long wait. Between 5 and 7 min for fresh hot food. I will eat here again.

The wait is long but the wings are sooooo worth it. Haven't really tried anything else but this food truck definitely deserves five stars
